Updown Court Estate

Updown Court is a private residence in Windlesham, Surrey, England and was, in 2006, the most expensive private residence on the market.^[1][2] It is the largest private residence to be built in the United Kingdom since the 19th century and is was listed with Savills and Hamptons International, UK in 2005 for £70 million. By 2009, Updown Court was only the third most expensive private residence behind One Hyde Park (due for completion in 2010) and the $1 billion Antilla in Mumbai, India.
