A mixed-use building designed by karim rashid forms part of a larger complex of residential properties developed by HAP in manhattan, new york. situated in east harlem, a growing urban area and close to the city’s central park, the proposal includes twenty apartments, as well as office space and commercial units at street level

I have a confession , he reminds me of myself. If I had a male twin he would be as close as it gets..lol
I'm always pushing myself . I work best under pressure and i don't buckle. I always have to plan for the next. I move very quickly because my brain is super active. If you think you are the best and you give 110% It's perfectly fine to say "I'm The Best" . Every challenge I surpass gives me confidence (no haughtiness ) and the strength to succeed the next!
