Oh CEEGIRL...
I was crying alot this week... my Daddy had surgery and sounded terrible on the phone and some of my old friends are dissing me...
It made me very sad... then I went to yoga class and the teacher sang to me and my heart got better...
Today I was getting back on my feet..... and remembering that energy flows everywhere and I can't get stuck on it being one way...

Thanks!!! My daddy is much better... he got a new knee... and when I talked to him first he sounded very weak and like he could die... that made me crazy sad but he probably was never that bad ... just in my mind...
And then the friends I had for a long time but I'm splitting up with my bfriend and they're going with him although I think everyone can b friends still... maybe we'll be friends in the future... it all made me sadcrazy!!!!
