In this Q&A, the New York–based McGrath—now the global creative design director at Procter & Gamble Beauty, which includes Max Factor and CoverGirl—dishes to VF Daily’s SunHee Grinnell and Laura Katzenberg about beauty trends, being backstage, and her must-have products of the moment.

VF Daily: When did you know you wanted to be a makeup artist?
PMG: In my late teens. I was dressing up and going out to clubs a lot. I was obsessed with doing my makeup, both for evening and daytime. One day I was walking around London and a famous television presenter asked me about my makeup. When I told her I did it, she asked if I would do her makeup sometime.continue...vanityfair

& more than the Prada 2010 cloths I LUV the Prada2010 hair & makeup. The hair pulled to the front. Ive been doing my hair like this & i feel really cute with this style..sortta messy..I like the messy hair look most.. (for me anyways:)
